Load Balancing and Auto-Scaling (Coming Soon)
Load balancing across several servers and auto-scaling are on the CloudPloy roadmap. They are not available yet. This page covers what you can do today.
Available today
Replicas on one server
Each app runs in Docker on its server, behind Traefik. On a paid plan you can run up to 10 replicas of an app, from the app page or with the scale_app MCP tool. Traefik spreads requests across the replicas, so the app uses every CPU core and stays up while one replica restarts.
A bigger server
Resize the server's EC2 instance type when one server runs out of headroom. Your plan sets the largest size CloudPloy will manage. Resizing restarts the server briefly.
Cloudflare in front
Connect your Cloudflare account and CloudPloy creates the DNS record for your custom domain, with the Cloudflare proxy on if you choose. Cloudflare caches what you allow it to and filters attack traffic before it reaches your server.
Coming soon
