All four can run a Laravel app. Laravel Cloud, Railway, and Render host it on their platforms with usage or per-service billing. CloudPloy deploys it to a server you own or one we rent you at cost, on a flat plan, and lets your AI agent deploy over MCP.

Laravel Cloud details are from laravel.com/cloud/pricing (October 2026). Competitor details change; verify on each provider's site. See also CloudPloy vs Railway and CloudPloy vs Render. CloudPloy numbers match our pricing page (Starter $9.99, Pro $19).
Pick Laravel Cloud if you want a fully managed Laravel platform on AWS and your app is idle much of the time, so scale to zero keeps the bill low.
Pick Railway or Render if you run several languages on one platform and are happy with their usage or per-service billing.
Pick CloudPloy if you want Laravel on a server you control, a flat monthly plan (Starter $9.99, Pro $19), no markup on compute, and an AI agent that can deploy for you.
Laravel Cloud is the most Laravel-specific: managed queues, scale to zero, and AWS regions, billed as a plan plus usage. Railway and Render are general platforms where you run Laravel as a container or service. CloudPloy is for teams that want Laravel on a server they own or rent at cost, with a flat plan.
For apps that are busy around the clock, often yes: you pay the plan (Starter $9.99/mo) plus a server at the provider's rate, with no usage meter. For apps that sleep most of the time, Laravel Cloud's scale to zero can cost less. Price your own traffic on both.
Connect your git repo to a CloudPloy server, copy your environment variables, deploy, then move your database and switch DNS. Queue workers and the scheduler run on the same server.
